City of Tempe Launches New Financial Navigator Program
The City of Tempe, in partnership with the national nonprofit Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund (CFE Fund), is launching a free Financial Navigators program to help residents navigate critical financial issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tempe’s Human Services Department has been awarded a new $80,000 grant to implement the program. Navigators will provide one-on-one assistance over the phone to help residents access available programs and services to manage income disruptions and other financial concerns.
