FUEL Young Professionals and Lost Our Home Pet Rescue Team Up! Beginning August 12, 2020, the Tempe Chamber FUEL Young Professionals Committee will begin accepting in-kind donations and coordinating in-person volunteering for Lost Our Home Pet Rescue. This effort to to bring philanthropic opportunities to Chamber members and awareness to the shelter will conclude on September 2, 2020. Arizona Department of Health Services Releases New COVID-19 Business Guidance
August 10, 2020, the Arizona Department of Health Services announced public health recommendations for the reopening of paused businesses in Arizona. See which industries and counties meet the recommended benchmark of reopening.

Salt River Project is the First Arizona Utility to Join Initiative to Accelerate Low-Carbon Energy Technologies
Salt River Project (SRP) is pleased to announce its participation as one of 18 anchor sponsors in the Low-Carbon Resources Initiative (LCRI), jointly led by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the Gas Technology Institute (GTI). SRP is the first Arizona utility to be part of the LCRI, which is an international collaborative spanning the electric and gas sectors that will help advance global, economy-wide deep decarbonization. Landing's Credit Union Partners with Federal Home Loan Bank to Award $6,000 Grants to Three Local Businesses
Landings Credit Union has partnered with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLB) to award three Landings CU business members with a $6,000 grant to help with the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Landings CU will donate $3,000 with FHLB matching the funds totaling $6,000 to help business members during these difficult times. Read more here. |
